Amy Winehouse might face lawsuit


September 02, 2008 Amy Winehouse is facing the threat of legal action after failing to perform at French festival Rock en Seine on Friday. The troubled U.K. singer was scheduled to close the sixth edition of the event, which is Paris' main rock festival. Representatives of Paris-based festival organizer Garaca were unavailable for comment on any proposed court move, but announced on the festival's Web site that they would take legal action.
